While many of our riders come for a week of group cycling arriving on Saturday and departing the following Saturday, we are pleased to offer the most flexible arrangements. You can come for a 4 night minimum stay for as long as you would like. We believe in total pricing transparency there are no hidden costs or unexpected add-ons.

We offer Half Board Accommodation in premium apartment rooms, including a bedroom with seperate living/dining room and kitchenette, daily expert led group cycling and direct round trip airport/hotel/airport or shuttle bus transfer.

A simple booking process:

  1. Download the booking form to your desktop and type in your details with cost calculation.
  2. Save the booking form and email back as an attachment to:

  4. On receipt of payment a formal confirmation is sent with full details of your trip.

Travel insurance is a requirement with SunVelo. Please check your insurance covers road cycling activities which is available from all main travel insurers.

Information for customers with disabilities

SunVelo holidays are designed around sporting activity requiring fitness levels to comfortably cycle a minimum of 30 miles within a day on a regular road bike.
If you or any member of your party have and disabilities, it is extremely important that we make the necessary arrangements to make your holiday go smoothly. We must therefore insist that you contact our offices on 01432 860609 before completing any reservation to ensure compatibility for the holiday that you choose.
